Our New Garden and Mud Kitchen

posted 18 Jun 2014, 08:33 by Barton Le Clay Preschool   [ updated 18 Jun 2014, 08:40 ]

As you will have seen our front garden is almost ready for the Children to explore and enjoy. We are aiming to keep it as natural possible and would like to include such things as a mud kitchen, a hideaway to provide cover and places to explore the natural world. We would like to further enhance the area with a bug hotel, word work bench and planting areas.
With this in mind we are hoping you would be able to help in the way of unwanted kitchen utensils, for example:
• Saucepans
• Utensils – Wooden spoons, spatulas etc.
• Baking Trays / Muffin Trays
• Old Metal Watering Cans (doesn’t matter if they are damaged)
• Wooden Crates
• Funnels
• Anything else you think may be appropriate
Also, if you have any unwanted seeds or baby plants to spare we will be more than happy to re-home them for you at Pre-School.
Many thanks.
